I’ve been seeing clients since 2013, and absolutely love this work. I’m a lifelong learner and strive to bring fresh ideas into the therapeutic space. Outside the therapy office I’m married, I’m a mom of a wonderful kiddo who happens to be medically complex, and I am interested in all things creative. I’ll be real with you in the our therapeutic work - not a silent, cold observer - but a warm, caring support who will be there to encourage as well as challenge you in constructive ways.

The best way to learn about therapy is to email or call to start the process of getting know each other. I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have about what therapy might look like and the techniques that I use. I truly care about my clients and would be honored to work with you or your family.
