Life has so many challenges, but I truly believe our most difficult experiences can also be our greatest teachers. Talking with a therapist can help you get unstuck from difficult personal or relationship patterns. I offer counseling for adults who are struggling with issues like anxiety, OCD, depression, body image issues, trauma, life transitions, and relationship problems. I am passionate about helping you learn to better tolerate uncertainty, strengthen important relationships, and build a life that finally aligns with your deeper values.

I use empirically supported methods, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is especially important in treating anxiety and OCD. I love working with relationship problems and building communication skills. I also operate from a Health at Every Size, anti-racist, LGBTQ+-allied, and gender-affirming lens.
